We support land trusts across the Rocky Mountain West in keeping family farms, ranches, and timberlands in family hands through capacity assistance, collaborative fundraising, data sharing, and networking.

Keep It Connected
We are a land trust partnership at our core and work on several levels to support land trusts and private land conservation with willing landowners. Our Keep It Connected program connects land trusts with funders who support wildlife connectivity projects.
High Divide Collaborative
The High Divide Collaborative creates opportunities for connection and collaborative conservation across boundaries to restore, protect, and sustain biodiversity, wildlife connectivity, and migratory routes.
Rural Initiatives
The Rural Initiatives program supports community-led efforts to identify a common vision and goals to secure financial support for projects that will help rural communities thrive.
Carnivore Conflict Reduction
The Carnivore Conflict Reduction program supports collaborative, community-led efforts to provide landowners and communities critical resources to implement conflict prevention tools and help sustain working agricultural operations on undeveloped private lands.
