Round 2 grants were awarded in January 2024. 96 projects received grant funding totalling $6,366,794
- 85 projects were awarded using $5.6 million in state general funds allocated by the Washington state legislature for the Local Food System Infrastructure Grant program.
- 11 meat processing projects were awarded using $750,000 in one-time Federal Coronavirus State Fiscal Recovery funds allocated by the Washington state legislature for Meat Processing Infrastructure and Capacity Grants.
- Grant amounts ranged from $5,000 to $370,000.
