Join Associated Black Charities for an empowering panel discussion “So You Want to Pitch for Funding—a dynamic event designed to provide real-world insights and practical strategies for securing financial support.

This engaging session will explore the highs and lows of pitching, featuring expert perspectives from entrepreneurs who have successfully navigated the funding landscape and a funder who actively supports Black and Brown women business owners through pitch competitions.

Our esteemed panel includes Arion Long, CEO of Femly, whose innovative health solutions have earned national recognition; Dawn Myers, Founder of The Mint by Richualist, a platform revolutionizing beauty experiences for women of color; Maggie Villegas, CEO of Conjure The Future which builds platforms that invest in futures collectively led by artists, cultural workers, and creators; and moderator Takia Ross, CEO of Accessmatized, an advocate for equitable access to resources for minority-owned businesses.
