AARI volunteers show up with positivity and energy whether they're out in the community doing outreach, distributing Narcan, or helping with bracelet-making workshops - AARI volunteers get it done.

Apply for Teen Network Board!
A county & school board-appointed teen advocacy group of high school and home school students, from different backgrounds, who provide community voice and service for youth. They discuss issues, make recommendations, and act to improve the lives of Arlington teens. Anyone in grades 9-12 who lives in Arlington County may apply. PHD provides strategic leadership and operational management of the Division’s direct public health services, including those delivered at Arlington Public Schools, within County health clinics, and through other programs. Inaccuracies on criminal records can present challenges to accessing employment, housing and other important opportunities.

May 3: Heritage of Heroes
May is Military Appreciation Month. Join the Veteran-Military Friendly Congregation Ministry on Saturday, May 3rd, 2025, at Ebenezer AME Church for an informative event featuring speakers and workshops designed to connect veterans and their dependents with VA benefits and community resources.
The VA Mobile Unit and VA Claims Team will be available onsite to assist with VA claims. All veterans and their dependents should bring their DD214s and any medical evidence for their claims.
