ARLINGTON, Va. – The Arlington County Police Department’s (ACPD) Community Engagement Division will begin hosting quarterly community meetings covering community issues, crime prevention tips and addressing quality of life concerns, beginning in May 2025. All are welcome to attend these meetings that will cover topics including, but not limited to:
- The Online Crime Data Hub
- Community Connect presented by the Arlington County Fire Department
- Recent crime trends
- General/seasonal safety tips and resources
- Answers to pre-submitted questions from community members
To ensure ACPD shares detailed information tailored to the community’s areas of interest, question(s) should be submitted no less than three business days prior to the quarterly meeting the attendee(s) plans to attend using the ACPD Quarterly Community Meeting Question Form.
Locations of ACPD’s quarterly community meetings will rotate to various locations in the community in addition to being available virtually by a Teams link, shared below and on ACPD’s website and social media channels. ACPD’s Spring 2025 Quarterly Community Meetings will be held at the following times and locations:
Thursday, May 15, 2025, 6:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Lubber Run Community Center, Hickory Room, 300 N. Park Drive
