Real Estate Excise Tax Rate Change Notice for April 1, 2025

The City of Winlock (LSU 2109) is adding an additional 0.25 percent (0.0025) which will bring their current REET rate to 0.50 percent (0.0050) effective April 1, 2025.

Please access the updated affidavits here on or after April 1, 2025.
