Misleading voting information in this election is still at hand! A new commercial states that your vote is public information and after the election, your friends can find out who you voted for.  

In Washington state, your November 5th election information is protected: where you registered, your social security number, or any record used to provide identity, age or residential address is not released. 

Over the weekend, someone torched a ballot box in Vancouver, WA - another effort to disenfranchise people of their vote. At any time, you can check the status of your ballot at VoteWa.gov

It isn't too late to register to vote! Anyone 18 years old by election day, can register to vote now. If you have moved, make sure to update your address. Former felons can vote - your right is automatically restored once custody ends. 

Please encourage your friends and family, no matter where they live, to vote. Exercise your power!
