Yoga for a Cause: Breathe, Stretch, and Give

Start the New Year with a focus on your well-being. Bring a friend and join us for a yoga class fundraiser at Tula Yoga & Wellness. This flowing style yoga class, while linking breath and movement, will build heat and promote strength, flexibility, balance, and agility. Within the challenge, there will be calming poses woven throughout to ensure a grounding and stress-relieving result. After the class, we will have a cup of tea together and Face to Face will share how young people are breaking down systemic barriers, building resilience, and finding their path to a fulfilling life.
