1) KURTISTOWN
Single lane closure on Volcano Road (Route 11) possible in either direction between mile post 9.8 to 9.9, in the vicinity of Huina Road and Hale Pule Loop, on Monday, Feb. 24 through Friday, Feb. 28, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. for Department of Water Supply waterline work.
2) PAHALA (WEEKEND WORK)
Single lane closure on Mamalahoa Highway (Route 11) possible in either direction between mile post 49 to 51, in the vicinity of Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, on Saturday, Feb. 22, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for vegetation cutting.
3) PAPA (WEEKEND WORK)
Single lane closure on Mamalahoa Highway (Route 11) possible in either direction between mile post 83 to 86, on Saturday, Feb. 22, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for vegetation cutting.
4) HONAUNAU
Single lane closure on Mamalahoa Highway (Route 11) possible in either direction between mile post 97.3 to 104.7, in the vicinity of Haleili Road and Filipino Clubhouse Road, on Monday, Feb. 24 through Friday, Feb. 28, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. for safety improvements.
— HAWAII BELT ROAD (ROUTE 19) —
1) HILO
Single lane closure on Hawaii Belt Road (Route 19) possible in either direction between mile post 4.4 to 4.5, in the vicinity of Kahoa Street, on Tuesday, Feb. 25 from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for routine inspection on Kaieie Bridge.
2) PAPAIKOU
Single lane closure on Hawaii Belt Road (Route 19) possible in either direction between mile post 7.2 to 7.3, in the vicinity of Kaieie Road, Wednesday, Feb. 26, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for vegetation cutting.
3) PEPEEKEO
Shoulder closure on Hawaii Belt Road (Route 19) possible in either direction at mile post 10.2, in the vicinity of Kaakepa Street, Monday, Feb. 24 through Friday, Feb. 28, from 8:15 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. for installation of flashing crosswalk beacons.
4) HAKALAU
Single lane closure on Hawaii Belt Road (Route 19) possible in either direction between mile post 15.2 to 15.3, in the vicinity of Old Mamalahoa Highway, on Thursday, Feb. 27 from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. for routine inspection of Hakalau overpass.
5) NINOLE
Single lane closure on Hawaii Belt Road (Route 19) possible in either direction between mile post 18.56 to 18.58, on Monday, Feb. 24 from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for inspection of Waikaumalo Bridge.
6) PAPAALOA
Single lane closure on Hawaii Belt Road (Route 19) possible in either direction between mile post 23.9 to 24.6, in the vicinity of Papaaloa Avenue, on Tuesday, Feb. 25 and Wednesday, Feb. 26, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. for Leleiwi Electric to replace a wooden pole.
7) PAPAALOA
Single lane closure on Hawaii Belt Road (Route 19) possible in either direction between mile post 24 to 24.5, in the vicinity of Papaaloa Avenue and Old Mamalahoa Highway, on Tuesday, Feb. 25 and Wednesday, Feb. 26, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. for Leleiwi Electric to replace a wooden pole and fixtures.
8) LAUPAHOEHOE (WEEKEND WORK)
Single lane closure on Hawaii Belt Road (Route 19) possible in either direction between mile post 25 to 29, in the vicinity of Puualaea Homestead Road, Saturday, Feb. 22, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for vegetation cutting.
9) LAUPAHOEHOE (WEEKEND WORK)
Single lane closure on Hawaii Belt Road (Route 19) possible in either direction between mile post 26 to 27, in the vicinity of Jardine Road, on Saturday, Feb. 22, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for tree trimming.
10) OOKALA
Single lane closure on Hawaii Belt Road (Route 19) possible in either direction between mile post 30 to 30.03, vicinity of Mamalahoa Highway, on Thursday, Feb. 27 and Friday, Feb. 28, from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. for routine inspection of the Ookala bridge overpass.

1) KAILUA-KONA (WEEKEND WORK)
Single lane closure on Queen Kaahumanu Highway (Route 19) possible in either direction between mile post 96 to 98, in the vicinity of Hale Makai Place, Saturday, Feb. 22, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for drainage cleaning and documentation of inlets.
— MAMALAHOA HIGHWAY (ROUTE 190) —
1) WAIMEA
Single lane closure on Mamalahoa Highway (Route 190) in the northbound direction between mile post 0 to 1, in the vicinity of Lindsey Road and Lalamilo Farm Road, on Monday, Feb. 24 through Friday, Feb. 28, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. for paving. Northbound will be detoured to Ala Ohia Road. Southbound open to thru traffic.
2) SOUTH KOHALA
Single lane closure on Mamalahoa Highway (Route 190) possible in either direction between mile post 12.2 to 16.4, on Monday, Feb. 24 through Friday, Feb. 28, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. for paving and striping.
3) KALAOA
Single lane closure on Mamalahoa Highway (Route 190) possible in either direction between mile post 33 to 33.3, on Wednesday, Feb. 26 through Friday, Feb. 28, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. for installation of new speed table.
