Portal Status

Please note: most Portal services require you to create an account. Start by clicking the "Log In" button on the top right of the Portal page.

Only Banquet Permits, Household Moves, and Public Records Requests can be made without logging in. If you get an error message, please try again. 

To set up a Portal account, click Log In. You will also need a Secure Access Washington (SAW) account.  Many businesses and licensees already have a SAW account.  If you have problems setting up your SAW account, please contact WaTech at 360.586.1000 or Support@watech.wa.gov.

Unplanned System Issues

We are aware of several issues with accessing services on the new Portal. Please use Chrome as your browser. If you still have problems, please contact our Service Desk at 360-664-1776. We appreciate your patience. 

The search feature in the Portal is not working. Use the website search at the top of this page.

  • Thurs. April 3 (8 p.m. - 12 a.m.)  
  • You can sign up(link is external) to get automatic emails about important Portal news in the future.
