Laid off individuals may be eligible for no cost training to prepare them for in-demand employment through Dislocated Worker services.

Apply for Unemployment Insurance Benefits

If you are a federal employee who has lost your job, or contractor for a federal agency or program who has lost your job, you may be eligible for Unemployment Insurance benefits.

Unemployment benefits provide temporary financial support while you search for your next job.

To apply for unemployment benefits, visit www.uimn.org and submit an application.
