Registration Information for Businesses

Per state law, all establishments (including liquor stores) that sell hemp-derived cannabinoid products must register with the Office of Cannabis Management (OCM) before they sell any of these products. There is no cost to register.

Register before rules are adopted. Any business that wants to sell HDCPs after the online registration system closes will have to wait to apply for a license (the online registration system will close when rules are adopted - anticipated in the first quarter of 2025). Any current registrant may convert their registration to a license as long as they apply while the registration system is open and their registration is in good standing with OCM. A business that decides not to convert to or apply for a license will no longer be legally allowed to sell HDCPs.

Map of registered businesses

Below is an interactive map of businesses that have registered with OCM, including those that sell products in person or online (including out-of-state businesses) and manufacturers/wholesalers that have voluntarily registered. Note: The map and list are updated weekly.
