What is Functional Family Therapy (FFT)

Evidence-based programs have been shown to successfully treat delinquent youth in the community & decrease out of home placement costs between $1,300 and $5,000 per family per year, while incarcerating just one youth will cost over $50,000 per year with the likelihood of poorer outcomes for both the youth & their family.

Training and Certification

Functional Family Therapy (FFT) is committed to the highest standards of training, consultation, and service. FFT trains and certifies groups of three to eight therapists in a wide variety of settings. We ask potential FFT providers/sites to begin by reviewing the materials on this page and contacting us to complete the application for site certification.
