NoelQuotas should be significantly reduced using a data-driven approach instead of a political approach to promote a healthy fishery. WA State and Tribal fishing rights are decimating the fishery.

ACI request Option 1 be set as the rule. Consider anglers who travel from the far east side of the state must make lodging arrangements a considerable time in advance to procure a place to stay. And, a start date of June 28 seems late for chinook as well.
