As a reminder, the 23rd and Eads Park is a small County-owned park nestled in a commercial area of National Landing. The purpose of the project is to:
Create a welcoming and inviting public space.
Provide a place for visitors to gather and rest.
Enhance the aesthetics and visibility into the site.
Update site furnishings and add amenities.
Continue to offer casual use.
