Climate Information and Training Needs

The Met Office is exploring ways to improve their climate services, to better support users of climate information and data. This research survey, undertaken by the Met Office, aims to gather insights on users' experiences and perceptions of climate training, learning and climate information services.

This survey is optional and will take about 10 to 15 minutes to complete, depending on the detail you wish to provide.

By completing this form, you agree for us to collect and store your data. The survey will include questions about your role, how you use climate information and data, your experience with training and learning, and your interest in future training and learning opportunities. If you agree to be contacted for future research, we will also collect your full name and email address. This is so a researcher from Met Office or Made Tech can contact you to invite you to research. There is no obligation to be involved in future research and you can refuse to participate or withdraw from the research panel at any time. Data will be stored securely until 1st March 2027 and may be used by the project researcher to contact you to invite you to research activities.

For more details on how your data is handled, refer to the Met Office Privacy Policy at www.metoffice.gov.uk/policies/privacy.

To withdraw from research or if you have any questions, please contact UX@metoffice.gov.uk with the subject header "Scalable Climate Services Project"
