SBA T.H.R.I.V.E. Program Format

  • Subject Matter Expert-led Curriculum

    You’ll complete eight core modules that include educational training videos, assessments to measure your retention, and supplemental worksheets to help you implement learnings.

  • CEO Mastermind Group Discussions

    Your learning is enhanced with peer-led, small-group sessions designed to provide in-group mentoring, Growth Plan collaboration, and accountability partnerships that help you achieve your goals much faster.

  • Cohort Coaching Sessions

    Receive hands-on coaching and 1:1 mentoring on your Growth Plan with these in-person group meetings. ƒ Cohort Coaching Sessions will include case study presentations, Q&A, laser coaching workshops, and CEO Group breakout sessions
