KCC Public Hearing on Black Hills Energy rate increase request: Docket No. 25-BHCG-298-RTS Black Hills Energy has filed an application with the Kansas Corporation Commission requesting a rate increase. The Commission has scheduled an in-person public hearing to provide Black Hills customers an opportunity to learn more about the proposed rates and make a public comment. Anyone unable to attend in person may participate virtually via Zoom and make a public comment. Advance Zoom registration for the April 29 hearing is required by noon on April 28. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting. A live video stream (no registration required) will be available on the KCC YouTube channel for persons wishing to watch but not comment during the public hearing.
