Regional offices

Customer service staff in the Spokane Regional Office are available for walk-in service 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

We will have a contractor on-site at the Ephrata Regional Office to complete brick repair work on the Annex. This project is scheduled for June 5th – 6th, 2025.

For their vehicles and equipment, they will need approximately 20 feet of the parking area adjacent to the new concrete pads. To assist with this, please avoid parking in this designated area, which is currently marked by cones.

Customer service staff in the Yakima Regional Office are available for walk-in service Monday - Friday 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. excluding legal holidays. 

Notice: The lobby in the Yakima office will be closed June 4 through June 13 for construction. Customer Service will be available by phone and email.

The Mill Creek Regional Office is closed to the public Tuesday, May 27 through Friday, June 13 for construction and ADA accessibility improvements. Please visit our webpage for a list of other license dealers and online license sales, or call 425-775-1311 for customer service.

Customer service staff at the Ridgefield Regional Office are available for walk-in service Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. (excluding legal holidays). The Cowlitz Wildlife Area field office in Morton is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. (excluding legal holidays), and now offers license sales, Discover Passes, and pelt sealing.

Customer service staff in the Montesano Regional Office are available for walk-in service 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday excluding legal holidays.

The Port Townsend District Office is open by appointment only. Please call 360-302-3030 to schedule an appointment.
