Burke Lake

Burke Lake is located in WDFW's Quincy Wildlife Area near Quincy.  This lake was rehabiliated in 2012 to eradicate Brown Bullhead and Black Crappie to restore the trout fishery.  Anglers who fish Burke Lake experience excellent fishing during the first month of the season and then good fishing through the rest of the spring.  Yearling trout average a robust 12 inches and holdovers range in size from 14-20 inches.  Fishing is best from a boat, but shoreline fishing can be effective as well.

Two-pole fishing is allowed
