Michigan Yearbook Donations
Michigan Yearbook Collection Project
Help support the Library of Michigan's initiative for collecting Michigan yearbooks. Please use these downloadable/printable posters at your library or organization.
The goal of the initiative is to have 2 copies of each yearbook at the Library of Michigan. Please connect with library staff beforehand to ensure potential donations do not duplicate items already in the collection.

Donations of Law Library Collections to the State Law Library
The State Law Library frequently receives offers of Michigan legal titles from closed law practices and firms, but has little need for additional donations due to an oversupply and limited space. With a shift towards digital resources and fewer practitioners needing large print libraries, the market for used print legal books is currently very low. Donors can send a list of titles to LMLawLib@Michigan.gov for review, but acceptance is rare. Alternative options include Lawbook Exchange, Ltd., eBay, and Better World Books for selling or donating such collections.
