Forest Bathing

Adults. In the spring season the natural world transforms around us in ways that are both subtle and bold. We need only slow down and pay attention. This Forest Bathing program will guide you through woods, by streams and fields where you will be invited to experience the ordinary with your extraordinary senses. We'll finish the experience with snacks and tea. Dress for the weather and the possibility of sitting on the ground or a log. Registration Required.
