Arlington County Public Health clinics proudly serve individuals regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, religion, marital status, or familial status.

 

Family Planning

Immunization Clinic

The Immunization Clinic offers immunizations for children and adults. An appointment is required.

Parent-Infant Education Program (PIE)

Parent Infant Education (PIE) is a family-centered program that serves children who have special needs from birth to their third birthday.

Tuberculosis (TB) Program

The TB Program accepts referrals from healthcare providers for Arlington residents who need TB evaluation and treatment. The TB Program also tests contacts to confirmed active TB cases.

Newcomer (Refugee) Health Screening

Information on health screening and other health services available for newcomers (refugees).

STI Services

STI Services provides testing, treatment, education and referral for sexually transmitted infections (STIs)

Teen Health Services

Learn about teen health services available in Arlington County. Low cost or no cost services are available to teens ages 13-19 regardless of where they live, their gender, or their sexual orientation.

Women, Infants and Children (WIC) Program

The WIC program aims to safeguard the health of low-income women, infants, and children up to age 5 by providing nutritious foods, information on healthy eating, and health care referrals.

Blood Tests and Vaccines

Because you or your child may need a blood test or vaccines during your visit, please remember to eat and drink before coming (unless instructed otherwise by your healthcare provider). Also, let your provider know if you or your child:

  • Have ever fainted
  • Had a poor experience with needles in the past
  • Are afraid of needles

If you are coming to have blood drawn and have been instructed to not eat, you may want to bring a snack to eat for later. We look forward to seeing you at your clinic appointment.
