TREE PLANTING INFORMATION
You'll receive an email 8 days and 1 day before the planting with the:

Wear clothing that can get dirty;

Bring a re-usable water bottle;

Canopy will have doughnuts, coffee, water on-hand in the morning;

Canopy will provide pizza and live music around noon;

Volunteers will be split into groups to plant 3-5 trees each;

Groups will be announced Saturday morning;

Timeline
8:30-8:45 Volunteers arrive, sign in, and eat donuts & coffee!
9:00 Volunteers and residents gather for a tree planting demo
9:30 Volunteers break into groups to plant trees
9:30-11:30 Volunteers plant trees
11:45: Volunteers make their way back to homebase
12:00: Remarks and eat lunch
12:30-1: Finish up any additional planting items
