SSIS Adult Protection eLearning Suite

The Adult Protection eLearning suite contains various learning tools that are available online, including videos, short courses, and other on-demand types of resources. Most resources will be available through TrainLink, unless otherwise indicated. To access the Adult Protection eLearning items, select 'Children's Services' on the TrainLink page, choose 'Course Catalog', and enter either the title or course code for the item you wish to view.

APS Essentials eLearning courses

To provide more targeted and relevant courses specific to Adult Protection workers, new SSIS APS Essentials courses are available as part of the SSIS Essentials eLearning curriculum. The first two new courses, SSIS APS Essentials 104A and 104B, replace the current SSIS Essentials course, SSIS Essentials 104: Creating an Intake.

Both courses require the completion of SSIS Essentials 103: Intake and Workgroup Searches. There are no prerequisites for either course, but they must be taken in order.

Each video provides an overview of the purpose of and a demonstration of how to create and complete it. All videos are available through TrainLink, have no prerequisites, and can be viewed in any order.
