COVID-19 vaccines are safe, effective, and widely available. Everyone ages 6 months and older are now eligible for the 2024–2025 updated COVID-19 vaccine (opens external link). COVID-19 vaccines remain free for most Americans through their health insurance plans and the Vaccines for Children program.
