2025 Women of Vision Announced!
NONPROFIT: Rebecca Singhavong, CPA, MBA - As Board Chair of Latinas Leading Tomorrow, Rebecca has driven growth, expanded the organization’s reach in Arlington, and empowered young Latinas through mentorship and leadership opportunities to strengthen their college and professional futures.
BUSINESS: SC Nealy, LPC, NCC, CCMHC - SC has made a significant impact through her work and advocacy at LGBT+ Counseling Collaborative, the mental health practice she founded, making mental health support accessible, affordable, and providing a safe place for the queer community.
GOVERNMENT: Krista O’Connell - Krista’s years of dedication and service to the Arlington Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court Services RISE program have been invaluable, offering motivation, mentorship and unwavering support to youth in need of guidance.

To support the costs of food and printing, a suggested donation of $25/person is appreciated but not required. Contributions can be made via cash or check the night of the event. Checks can be made out to the Commission on the Status of Women.
About the Arlington County Commission on the Status of Women
The Commission on the Status of Women (CSW) works to advance initiatives and policies that empower women and serves as a community advocate and resource on the social and economic interests of all Arlington women. The CSW is an Arlington County Board advisory group and members are appointed by the County Board.
