One sink is 8 feet 1 inch long, 30 inches wide, and 43 inches in height. This sink has 3 sink wells that are 8 inches deep. The other sink is 8 feet 10 inches long, 30 inches wide, and 46 inches in height. This sink has 3 sink wells that are 8 inches deep. Both sinks were in working condition when disconnected, still have all water lines, pumps, and motors connected to the sinks. The condition is not warranted. The successful bidder is responsible for all aspects of shipping and removal.
Deficiencies when known, have been indicated in the item description. The absence of any known deficiencies does not mean that none exists. Potential Bidders are urged to inspect this property prior to placing a bid. Requests for extensions on removal can only be granted by (brian.licht@gsa.gov) in writing. The custodian does not have the authority to grant such requests. Repairs may be required.

How To Bid
Placing a BidAuctions for real property accept flat or automatic bids.
Flat bidA flat bid is for an amount at least the current bid plus the posted minimum Bid Increment. If the bid is greater than another bidders automatic bid, the system will consider this flat bid as the current (high) bid. Automatic bidAn automatic bid is an amount that you set above the posted minimum bid. The system will automatically apply the minimum Bid Increment up to the total amount bid to make you the current winner of the auction or to meet the auctions reserve price. Your automatic bid amount is not shown to other bidders until it is reached through competitive bidding. You may change your bid amount but not less than the next bid increment amount.
