They do have working brakes and they do roll around. The buttons should still work and operate once it is repaired. They do need a lever to be reinstalled so that the bed(s) can be controlled. I am told the piece needed to repair these is easily found if you search the internet for it. We do not have the piece needed so the beds will come as is. Mattresses will not be sold, they will be tossed. They have been used but if you really want them you could take them too. Let me know when you purchase it if you would like to keep the beds.These beds MAY need to be disassembled enough to be removed from our premises. We may have staff able to assist but overall we will need the purchaser/designee to remove them. They may need to be disassembled to be moved out into the open/move around a hallway to go outside. Be aware we do not have the tools to disassemble. If we can get these out without disassembly we are all for it. We are unsure if they were constructed in their place now or if they were constructed first and then brought in. It will take some time and effort to remove these.

How To Bid
Placing a BidAuctions for real property accept flat or automatic bids.
Flat bidA flat bid is for an amount at least the current bid plus the posted minimum Bid Increment. If the bid is greater than another bidders automatic bid, the system will consider this flat bid as the current (high) bid. If the bid is less than or equal to another bidders automatic bid, the system will record the bid but it will not be considered the current (high) bid.
Automatic bidAn automatic bid is an amount that you set above the posted minimum bid. Realestatesales.gov will use as much of your bid as needed to make you the current winner of the auction or to meet the auction reserve price. The system will automatically apply the minimum Bid Increment up to the total amount bid to make you the current winner of the auction or to meet the auctions reserve price. Your automatic bid amount is not shown to other bidders until it is reached through competitive bidding. You may change your bid amount but not less than the next bid increment amount.
