The successful bidder is responsible for the proper disposal of oily water that may have accumulated in the boat. No work other than the disposal of oily water may be accomplished prior to removal without the express written consent of the contracting officer of record. Successful bidder hauling vessel over land may be required to obtain permits. Please check with any state you may be traveling through to obtain appropriate permits. Successful bidder will be provided with a purchaser's receipt and a request for Certification of Build Form (Quasi title Request Form), which they will need to send to complete and send to Naval Surface Warfare before Titling the Vessel. If you are authorizing a representative to remove the property, please click on " Documents" Section to complete the Load Release Form and forward to Randy Patterson prior to removal.

How To Bid

Realestatesales.gov will use as much of your bid as needed to make you the current winner of the auction or to meet the auction reserve price. The system will automatically apply the minimum Bid Increment up to the total amount bid to make you the current winner of the auction or to meet the auctions reserve price. Your automatic bid amount is not shown to other bidders until it is reached through competitive bidding. You may change your bid amount but not less than the next bid increment amount.
