The TPS consists of an insulated weather resistant enclosure, a water tank and pump, selected controls and alarms, internal heating for the enclosure, and other elements intended to result in a system that meets or exceeds NFPA 13D requirements. Tanks are 250 - 300-gallon water capacity. Can be used for many farming, gardening, yard, etc. Manuals (pdf) are available upon request. There may be other missing items, damages and/or required repairs that were not seen or noted during inspection. VIEWING IS ONLINE ONLY, Pickups are by APPOINTMENT ONLY Mon - Fri, 8 AM - 2:30 PM. weather permitting and closed holidays. Due to Homeland Security rules and regulations, supervision is required for all children entering the property location. A 24-hour notice is required for Pickups. Those acquiring units are responsible for safe removal from the site. The property custodian will not assist in the preparation or loading of any unit. Driver must have a signed copy of the Purchasers Receipt, Authorization to Transport form and a valid driver's license at the time of removal. NO PETS OR FIREARMS ALLOWED ON THIS SITE.
