    MHU is equipped with a residential fire system and an internal Tank and Pump System (TPS). The TPS is designed to provide water supply to the residential fire sprinkler system. It consists of a water tank and pump, selected controls and alarms, and other elements intended to result in a system that meets or exceeds NFPA 13D requirements. Tanks are 250 - 300-gallon water capacity. Actual specifications vary depending on Make and Model installed. Technical info located inside the water closet door. There may be other missing items, damages and/or required repairs that were not seen or noted during inspection. VIEWING IS ONLINE ONLY. Visitors MUST wear masks while on site and remain in their vehicles until told to exit. A 24-hour notice is required for pickups. Pickups are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY Monday through Friday, from 8:30AM to 2:30PM, weather permitting and closed on holidays. For Safety reasons this site requires that all MHU's be pulled by a SEMI-TRUCK. Pickup trucks may be used for travel trailers only. Due to Homeland Security rules and regulations, supervision is required for all children entering the property location. NO PETS OR FIREARMS ALLOWED ON THIS SITE. Those acquiring units are responsible for roadworthiness and safety upon removal from the site. Inspection is highly advised. The property custodian will not assist in making any unit roadworthy. Driver must have a signed copy of the Purchaser's Receipt, Authorization to Transport form and a valid driver's license at the time of removal.
