Some of the chairs are located on the dock, others are throughout the campus. Some Chairs may need to be cleaned and other chairs have missing arms. The Property is located at 5333 Getwell Road, Memphis, TN 38118, Memphis Internal Revenue Service. The building operating hours are 8:00am to 3:00pm for Warehouse personnel. Also, the building has a loading dock and only one level (one floor). A 48-hour advance notice is required for all needing entry, to gain access to the building. This location is strictly enforced.
Also, the winning bidder is responsible for equipment and labor, removal of all items and the transportation costs. NOTE: IRS personnel or warehouse staff will not remove any items; load or provide equipment for personal use. NO EXCEPTIONS. Anyone entering the building is required to have a valid driver's license or state-issued ID for security clearance. Per IRS policy and guidance, all visitors may be subject to search.
**Vehicle information to load the equipment must be verified 48-hours upon arrival to be sure all equipment can properly be loaded for removal.
Packing materials for shipping and handling not available. Property available for viewing and removal by appointment only. Please contact local custodian to schedule appointment. Location is closed on weekends and holidays. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping and handling. Property requiring more than one individual to load should be augmented by additional pick-up labor. All known deficiencies have been listed. Other deficiencies and repairs may be required. The condition of the property is not warranted. Repairs of property is not permitted on the location site. All lot sales items must be picked up in its entirety.

How Are Tie Bids Resolved in GSA Auctions? Both bids are recorded with the same amount, displaying the first bidder with the same amount as current high bid, until another bidder bids higher.When two proxy bids compete, the greater of the two proxy limits always wins. If the greater proxy limit exceeds the lesser proxy limit by the bid increment, then a bid equal to the lesser proxy limit plus the bid increment will be placed. If the greater proxy limit does not exceed the lesser proxy limit by the bid increment, then the greater proxy limit's maximum bid will be placed.Increasing Your Maximum BidYou can increase your maximum bid if you are currently the winner in an auction. After 2 full days of inactivity for the auction, the bid increment will be reduced by 10 percent now making the current bid increment $22.00. 10 percent of $25.00 = $2.50 rounded to the nearest dollar $3.00. How To Bid
Placing a BidAuctions for real property accept flat or automatic bids.
Flat bidA flat bid is for an amount at least the current bid plus the posted minimum Bid Increment. If the bid is greater than another bidders automatic bid, the system will consider this flat bid as the current (high) bid. If the bid is less than or equal to another bidders automatic bid, the system will record the bid but it will not be considered the current (high) bid.
Automatic bidAn automatic bid is an amount that you set above the posted minimum bid. Realestatesales.gov will use as much of your bid as needed to make you the current winner of the auction or to meet the auction reserve price. The system will automatically apply the minimum Bid Increment up to the total amount bid to make you the current winner of the auction or to meet the auctions reserve price. Your automatic bid amount is not shown to other bidders until it is reached through competitive bidding. You may change your bid amount but not less than the next bid increment amount.
