    One lot estimated to consist of 33 Office Cabinets such as: 20 Double Door Cabinets; 7 Single Door Cabinets; 4 Filing Cabinets and 2 Bolt Bins. All show wear and tear from usage over the years but are functional. Locks are present but there are no keys. Viewing of property is highly recommended. Property may be viewed by appointment only. Parts may be missing and repairs may be required. Please contact the property custodian for all questions regarding a description of the property.

    Original factory components may be altered, missing or inoperable. Deficiencies when known have been indicated in the description. However, absence of any indicated deficiencies does not mean that none exists. The condition of the property is not warranted.

    This property is located on a secure facility. Admission will not be granted without prior appointment.

     

    Inspection: You must make an appointment to inspect property. Inspection prior to purchase is encouraged. Contact: Abigail Austin at (937) 666-4511 ext. 244, please reference to this Item Control Number 695525-4254-0039-D when making appointment for inspection.

    Pick-up: Successful bidder MUST make appointment to pick-up property. You will be required to pick-up ALL the property listed WITHOUT government assistance.

    Property Removal Instructions

    1. Must provide 2 business day notice for intentions to retrieve property. VRTC will assign you or designee an appointment time to be scheduled Monday - Thursday between the hours of 8:00am EST to 3:00pm EST. NO Photos are permitted while on Property.

    2. Appointment Time will be set before you arrive. If you are not present at the agreed upon time (+/- 15 minutes) you will not be permitted on the property.

    3. You are required to load your property WITHOUT Assistance from VRTC. No contact pickups are required to ensure the safety of our staff.

    4. There will be NO building access.

    Property Location Information:

    INSPECTION/REMOVAL: Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM EST. PLEASE CALL TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR INSPECTION/REMOVAL. CLOSED ON HOLIDAY 10/14/2024.

    Inspection and Removal Information:

    You must contact the custodian before inspecting property or removing property after award. You must comply with all building rules and policies during inspection and removal.     Successful bidders are cautioned that they will be responsible for loading, packing and removal of all property awarded to them from the exact place where the property is located, as indicated below.
