    One lot estimated to consist of 30 metal filing cabinets, beige in color, approx. 4'5 tall, 2'6 long, 1'7 wide. Not all cabinets are the exact same measurements. Cabinets are lockable and some include keys. Cabinets are in usable, working condition. Includes two black metal shelving units, approx. 6' tall, 3' long, and 1' wide. Shelves are in usable condition with minimal noticeable wear. Three wooden bookcases, brown in color, approx. 5' tall, 3' long, and 1' wide. Shelves are in usable condition with minimal noticeable wear. Property recipient will be responsible for picking up and loading cabinets. Cabinets are located on the 5th and 6th floor (take elevator). Cabinets must be transported to and loaded at the loading area. Loading zone is through a tunnel system. All pick-ups are done by appointment only. Our loading dock is 61 Forsyth Street(the back side.) Forsyth Street to Alabama Street, then west. At bottom of hill, make a right onto Madison. The dock is on the far end of the building. ID is necessary. Inform security of your pick-up at the entrance. Inspection of items before bidding is recommended. No returns or warranty provided. Item location: National Park Service Regional Office - National Heritage Areas (5th/6th Floor) 100 Alabama St SW BLG 1924 Atlanta, GA 30303. Viewing of property is strongly recommended. Parts may be missing and repairs may be required.
