    (2) Workstation Panels. 24 x 56 x 3. Property is in usable condition. The property is at a leased building; Certificate of Insurance (COI) is required upon arrival for pickup. Building does have a dock. Dock can accommodate a 53' truck. Hours of Operation are Monday- Friday 8:00 a.m. 4:00 p.m. Anyone entering the building must have a valid drivers license or valid state ID. A 48-hour advance notice is required.

    Packing materials for shipping and handling not available. Property available for viewing and removal by appointment only. Please contact local custodian to schedule appointment. Location is closed on weekends and holidays. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping and handling. Property requiring more than one individual to load should be augmented by additional pick-up labor. All known deficiencies have been listed. Other deficiencies and repairs may be required. The condition of the property is not warranted. Repairs of property is not permitted on the location site. All lot sales items must be picked up in its entirety.

    INSPECTION/REMOVAL: M-F 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. MUST MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR INSPECTION/REMOVAL.

    You must contact the custodian before inspecting property or removing property after award. You must comply with all building rules and policies during inspection and removal.     Successful bidders are cautioned that they will be responsible for loading, packing and removal of all property awarded to them from the exact place where the property is located, as indicated below.
