    You must make an appointment, in advance, to collect your items.

     

    We can accommodate collection from our facility on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays from 8am till 2pm.

     

    If you are sending someone in your place to collect the items, you must send, in advance, written authorization for that person to collect the items. Your written authorization should contain your designated agents full name.

     

    Before the items can be delivered, you or your designated agent will be required to provide a form of Government Issued ID, such as a passport or State issued driving license to confirm your identity. A photograph will be taken of the ID. Your items will NOT be handed over until the ID has been presented.

     

    We will also take a photo of the vehicle that the items are loaded in to.

     

    You are responsible for packing and removing, all shipping, materials, and costs.

     

    You MUST provide sufficient labor to load all items. We do NOT provide labor, nor assist in loading.
