    Lot consists of the following Herman Miller Contracting Workstations (3 EA):

    Ergonomic contract tables

    8 Parts or workstations per unit; 24 workstations in total

    Canvas wall partitions/dividers

    Each unit has 4 walls; one side is canvas, other side is wood

    Workstations are in good condition

    Each workstation is equipped with 2 monitor arm rest and a light/lamp

    Sit-to-stand tables

    Trash cans & recycle bins included with some units

    Disassembly of unit and removal of system electrical power whip is required. Electrician must be approved by the building lessor. We can provide contact information for the building preferred electrician. Pick up can only occur Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM-2:00 PM. Please contact TSC Property Management (TSCPROPERTYMANAGEMENT@uscis.dhs.gov) email to schedule a pickup. Requestor is responsible for equipment pickup or for contracting a company for packaging and shipping of equipment/furniture. We are not responsible for loading items into trucks.     Must make an appointment to inspect and remove, holidays excluded. Unless specified in description, inspection available Monday - Friday, 8am - 3p. Payment due: 12/17/24; Removal deadline: 12/27/24

    Inspection and Removal Information:

    You must contact the custodian before inspecting property or removing property after award. You must comply with all building rules and policies during inspection and removal.     Successful bidders are cautioned that they will be responsible for loading, packing and removal of all property awarded to them from the exact place where the property is located, as indicated below.
