If deficiencies are not listed, it does not mean none exist. Condition of the property is not warrantied. Inspection and pickup are by confirmed appointment only, Monday-Friday 8 am to 3 pm. Closed federal holidays. Bidder is responsible for disassembly, packing, crating, banding, shipping, loading and removal. Agency will not assist. All property must be removed at the same date/time; we do not allow partial shipments and cannot hold items from a lot to be picked up at a later date. Please contact property custodian 72 hours in advance of picking up the property.
