    This lot consists of two safes. See below for information.

    • 1 each Brown Safe Manufacturing TL30F Safe with original purchase date of September 9, 2008 and serial number 024071. The lock was removed from this safe and does not have a combination. There are a couple shelves inside the safe and has some cosmetic scrapes and scratches.
    • 1 each Securall Fire Resistant Safe Model 4203FRS with original purchase date of August 19, 2008 and serial number 969754. The combination to the safe is included. The safe has a few shelves inside and has some cosmetic scrapes and dents.

    These items have been stored in a clean, climate-controlled environment. Please reach out to the property custodian with any questions. Inspection is strongly recommended. Items are offered with no warranty or guarantee of condition; units have not been tested on-site for full functionality. Some parts may be missing, and some units may require repairs. If deficiencies are not listed, it does not mean that none exist. Actual items may vary slightly from the stock photo attached. The condition of the property is not warrantied. If applicable, due to sensitive patient information, hard drives have been removed. Inspection and pickup are by confirmed appointment only, Monday-Friday 8 am to 3 pm. Closed federal holidays. Bidder is responsible for disassembly, packing, crating, banding, shipping, loading and removal. The agency will not assist. Please note that all property must be removed from our warehouse at the same date/time. We do not allow partial shipments and cannot hold items from a lot for pick up at a later date. Please contact the property custodian 72 business hours in advance of picking up the property or scheduling an inspection.

    Deficiencies when known, have been indicated in the item description. The absence of any known deficiencies does not mean that none exists. Potential Bidders are urged to inspect this property prior to placing a bid. Requests for extensions on removal can only be granted by (brian.licht@gsa.gov) in writing. The custodian does not have the authority to grant such requests. Repairs may be required.
