    This lot consists of following:

    • 4 each dark brown wooden laminate bookcases. Dimensions: 66" H x 12" D x 36" W. There are four identical brown laminate wooden bookcases that each have 4 shelves. They were used in the clerical offices within the medical center and have minor blemishes, scuffs, scratches. The shelves are removeable and will come out of the bookcases very easily. The shelves will need to be removed for transport to prevent them from falling out.
    • 5 pairs of Tennsco lockers (10 individual lockers). Each individual locker measures: 72" H x 18" D x 7" W. There are two hooks in each locker to facilitate the hanging of clothing. Each individual locker can be padlocked for security. These lockers were used in medical center break room and can be used without mounting to the wall. Each pair of lockers can be mounted to an adjoining pod, or they can be mounted to the wall surface that they will lean against. It should be noted that these lockers are not very wide. They can accommodate taller items, but not items with a width over 7".
    • 2 metal cabinets. The two metal cabinets were previously used by the x-ray department of the medical center. Both cabinets are mounted on casters and can be rolled independently. The larger cabinet has (4) doors that are opened with a large key (of which there are 2 supplied). The smaller cabinet has (1) door and (1) interior shelf that divides the cabinet. The smaller cabinet is opened using an allen wrench. Both cabinets are in good condition but have minor scuffs, scratches, and imperfections. Dimensions are tall cabinet 68" H x 12" D x 21" W and smaller cabinet 48" H x 12" D x 21" W.

    The purchaser is solely responsible and must make own arrangements for packing, loading, shipping, and all cost incurred. The condition is not warranted. Please contact the property custodian for additional information. Items will be removed from a Medical Center warehouse loading dock.

    Deficiencies when known, have been indicated in the item description. The absence of any known deficiencies does not mean that none exists. Potential Bidders are urged to inspect this property prior to placing a bid. Requests for extensions on removal can only be granted by (brian.licht@gsa.gov) in writing. The custodian does not have the authority to grant such requests. Repairs may be required.
