Current Bid:$102.00Bidders:3One lot consisting of two (2) workbenches with shelves, electric and overhead lighting. The tables are used and 34 x 34x 72. The workbenches will be clear and do not come with the computer monitor. The purchaser needs to disassemble to remove them. Additionally, a work table with a wooden block top and steel bottom that measures 34x 34x 72 is included. This is a very heavy table. All items will be cleared from the workbenches and work table before removal. Appointment must be scheduled for pickup due to limited dock space between the hours of 7:30 am and 2:00 pm Monday - Thursday. No vehicles larger than a box truck for pickup due to limited dock space. Please bring items to secure and move lot. We do not have equipment or personnel to assist with the removal.
Deficiencies when known, have been indicated in the item description. The absence of any known deficiencies does not mean that none exists. Potential Bidders are urged to inspect this property prior to placing a bid. Requests for extensions on removal can only be granted by the Contracting Officer of the sale (tammy.roebuck@gsa.gov) in writing. The custodian does not have the authority to grant such requests. Repairs may be required. The owning agency will not ship these items.

How To Bid
Placing a BidAuctions for real property accept flat or automatic bids.
Flat bidA flat bid is for an amount at least the current bid plus the posted minimum Bid Increment. If the bid is greater than another bidders automatic bid, the system will consider this flat bid as the current (high) bid. If the bid is less than or equal to another bidders automatic bid, the system will record the bid but it will not be considered the current (high) bid.
Automatic bidAn automatic bid is an amount that you set above the posted minimum bid. Realestatesales.gov will use as much of your bid as needed to make you the current winner of the auction or to meet the auction reserve price. The system will automatically apply the minimum Bid Increment up to the total amount bid to make you the current winner of the auction or to meet the auctions reserve price. Your automatic bid amount is not shown to other bidders until it is reached through competitive bidding. You may change your bid amount but not less than the next bid increment amount.
