Drawers are in good shape and open/close easily. Furniture gently used in office environment, ready for use. May have light scratches, dings, or other marks.
Must enter through security point to access equipment. Equipment is in office area and can be loaded via office doors. There is no loading dock, but there is a loading area. Inspection Mon-Friday 8:30am-3:00pm. Hours for pick-up are between 8:30AM and 3:00PM, Wednesday through Friday. Must make appointment 48hrs beforehand to request security clearance. Anyone who enters the premises must have a valid driver's license or valid state ID to enter the building. Packing materials for shipping and handling not available. Property available for viewing and removal by appointment only. Please contact local custodian to schedule. Location is closed on weekends and holidays. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping and handling. Property requiring more than one individual to load should be augmented by additional pick-up labor. All known deficiencies have been listed. Other deficiencies and repairs may be required. The condition of the property is not warranted. Repairs of property is not permitted on the location site. All lot sales items must be picked up in its entirety.

How To Bid
Placing a BidAuctions for real property accept flat or automatic bids.
Flat bidA flat bid is for an amount at least the current bid plus the posted minimum Bid Increment. If the bid is greater than another bidders automatic bid, the system will consider this flat bid as the current (high) bid. If the bid is less than or equal to another bidders automatic bid, the system will record the bid but it will not be considered the current (high) bid.
Automatic bidAn automatic bid is an amount that you set above the posted minimum bid. Realestatesales.gov will use as much of your bid as needed to make you the current winner of the auction or to meet the auction reserve price. The system will automatically apply the minimum Bid Increment up to the total amount bid to make you the current winner of the auction or to meet the auctions reserve price. Your automatic bid amount is not shown to other bidders until it is reached through competitive bidding. You may change your bid amount but not less than the next bid increment amount.
