Neither device was powered on or tested for functionality. Both units have their power cord and were reported to be operational. Both devices have signs of wear and the folding machine hwas been partially disassembled. These devices have been stored in a clean, climate controlled warehouse. Please contact the property custodian with questions pertaining to this lot.
Inspection is strongly recommended. Items are offered with no warranty or guarantee of condition; units have not been tested on-site for full functionality. Some parts may be missing and some units may require repairs. If deficiencies are not listed, it does not mean that none exist. Actual items may vary slightly from stock photo attached. Condition of the property is not warranted. If applicable, due to sensitive patient information, hard drives have been removed. Inspection and pickup are by confirmed appointment only, Monday-Friday 8 am to 3 pm. Closed federal holidays. Bidder is responsible for disassembly, packing, crating, banding, shipping, loading and removal. Agency will not assist. Please note that all property must be removed from our warehouse at the same date/time. We do not allow partial shipments and cannot hold items from a lot for pick up at a later date. Please email our logistics team 3 business days in advance of picking up the property or scheduling an inspection. Requests for extensions on removal can only be granted by (diana.daniel@gsa.gov) in writing. The custodian does not have the authority to grant such

How To Bid
Placing a BidAuctions for real property accept flat or automatic bids.
Flat bidA flat bid is for an amount at least the current bid plus the posted minimum Bid Increment. If the bid is greater than another bidders automatic bid, the system will consider this flat bid as the current (high) bid. If the bid is less than or equal to another bidders automatic bid, the system will record the bid but it will not be considered the current (high) bid.
Automatic bidAn automatic bid is an amount that you set above the posted minimum bid. Realestatesales.gov will use as much of your bid as needed to make you the current winner of the auction or to meet the auction reserve price. The system will automatically apply the minimum Bid Increment up to the total amount bid to make you the current winner of the auction or to meet the auctions reserve price. Your automatic bid amount is not shown to other bidders until it is reached through competitive bidding. You may change your bid amount but not less than the next bid increment amount.
