    DISCREPANCIES (INCLUDE BUT MAY NOT BE LIMITED TO): Significant rust in some areas of the hull; some holes in the deck; steering inoperable; engines leak oil out of exhaust into water; 2 Winches in partial working order; Broken gauges on console.

    REMOVAL: Boat is in the water and must be removed by waterway. Please plan accordingly.

    **** Hull, mechanical and electrical and systems should be tested/repaired prior to vessel operation. Repairs may be required to make operational. Any law enforcement/military equipment that appears

    in a photo will be removed by the government prior to the sale. These items include gun mounts, blue lights, sirens and specialized radios and their mounts.

    *****TRAILERS OR CRADLES, IF PROVIDED, MAY NOT BE ROAD WORTHY. PLEASE PLAN REMOVAL ACCORDINGLY. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE SUCCESSFUL BIDDER TO ENSURE THAT ANY TRAILER OR CRADLE PURCHASED WITH A BOAT IS ROAD WORTHY PRIOR TO USING IT TO TRANSPORT THE BOAT. SUCCESSFUL BIDDER HAULING VESSEL OVER LAND MAY BE REQUIRED TO OBTAIN PERMITS. PLEASE CHECK WITH ANY STATE YOU MAY BE TRAVELING THROUGH TO OBTAIN APPROPRIATE PERMITS. STANDARD FORM 97S ARE PROVIDED BY GSA FOR ANY TRAILERS WHICH MAY BE INCLUDED IN THE SALE.

    ****Lifting slings, rigging gear and shackles, if provided, may not be certified or serviceable. It is the responsibility of the successful bidder to ensure that any hoisting and rigging gear purchased with a boat is certified and serviceable prior to using it to hoist the boat. Please plan removal accordingly.

    ****Successful bidders are cautioned that they will be solely responsible for loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from the exact place where the property is located.

    *****THE SUCCESSFUL BIDDER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PROPER DISPOSAL OF OILY WATER THAT MAY HAVE ACCUMULATED IN THE BOAT. NO WORK OTHER THAN THE DISPOSAL OF OILY WATER MAY BE ACCOMPLISHED PRIOR TO REMOVAL WITHOUT THE EXPRESS WRITTEN CONSENT OF THE CONTRACTING OFFICER OF RECORD.

    *****SUCCESSFUL BIDDERS ARE CAUTIONED THAT THEY WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR LOADING AND REMOVAL OF ANY AND ALL PROPERTY AWARDED TO THEM FROM THE EXACT PLACE WHERE THE PROPERTY IS LOCATED. THE CUSTODIAN WILL MAKE THE FINAL DETERMINATION IF THE PROPERTY CAN BE LOADED SAFELY USING THEIR EQUIPMENT, AND ASSISTANCE WITH LOADING AND REMOVAL OF PROPERTY CAN BE DENIED AT ANY TIME AND FOR ANY REASON.
