    PROPULSION: GM 12V71 7000 DIESEL INBOARD ENGINE (Reported to be INOP).

     

    FEATURES: Steel hulled work boat with pilothouse, large well deck.

     

    DISCREPANCIES (INCLUDE BUT MAY NOT BE LIMITED TO): Vessel is not operational and will need significant repair/overhaul to be operational; corrosion throughout the boat; bow gate is permanently fixed in the closed position.

     

    REMOVAL: This boat must be removed by waterway. Please plan accordingly.

    **** Hull, mechanical and electrical and systems should be tested/repaired prior to vessel operation. Electrical systems were not energized and mechanical systems were not rotated during the inspection used to prepare the boat or equipment offered for sale. Repairs may be required to make operational. Any law enforcement/military equipment that appears in a photo will be removed by the government prior to the sale. These items include gun mounts, blue lights, sirens and specialized radios and their mounts.

    ****Lifting slings, rigging gear and shackles, if provided, may not be certified or serviceable. It is the responsibility of the successful bidder to ensure that any hoisting and rigging gear purchased with a boat is certified and serviceable prior to using it to hoist the boat. Please plan removal accordingly.

     

    ****The successful bidder is responsible for the proper disposal of oily water that may have accumulated in the boat. No work other than the disposal of oily water may be accomplished prior to removal without the express written consent of the contracting officer of record.

     

    ****Successful bidders are cautioned that they will be solely responsible for loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from the exact place where the property is located. 

     

    ****The use, disposition, export and re-export of any property is subject to all applicable U.S. laws and regulations, including the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended; the Arms Export Control Act (22 USC 2752 et seq.); the Export Administration Act of 1979 (50 U.S.C. 2401); DOE Regulations (10 C.F.R. Part 110; International Traffic In Arms Regulations (22 CFR 120 et seq.); Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. 701 et seq.); Foreign Assets Control Regulations (31 CFR 500 et seq.); and The Espionage Act (37 USC 791 et seq.) which among other things, prohibit: (a) the making of false statement and concealment of any material information regarding the use or disposition, export or re-export of the property; and (b) any use or disposition, export or re-export of the property which is not authorized in accordance with the provisions of the agreement.*****
