The exterior has some scrapes and scratches. The cabinet was not sent with the key, but the cabinet is unlocked/accessible. This item has been stored in a clean, climate controlled warehouse. Please contact the property custodian with questions pertaining to this lot.
Item is offered with no warranty or guarantee of condition. If deficiencies are not listed, it does not mean none exist. Some products may be repackaged and not in OEM cases. Some cases may have been opened to confirm the expiration dates of products; cases were re-sealed. Actual items may vary slightly from stock photo attached. Inspection is strongly recommended. Inspection and pickup are by confirmed appointment only, Monday-Friday 8 am to 3 pm. Closed federal holidays. Bidder is responsible for disassembly, packing, crating, banding, shipping, loading and removal. Agency will not assist. Please note that all property must be removed from our warehouse at the same date/time. We do not allow partial shipments and cannot hold items from a lot for pick up at a later date. Please email our logistics team 3 business days in advance of picking up the property or scheduling an inspection. Used. Repairs may be required.

How Are Tie Bids Resolved in GSA Auctions? Both bids are recorded with the same amount, displaying the first bidder with the same amount as current high bid, until another bidder bids higher.When two proxy bids compete, the greater of the two proxy limits always wins. If the greater proxy limit exceeds the lesser proxy limit by the bid increment, then a bid equal to the lesser proxy limit plus the bid increment will be placed. If the greater proxy limit does not exceed the lesser proxy limit by the bid increment, then the greater proxy limit's maximum bid will be placed.Increasing Your Maximum BidYou can increase your maximum bid if you are currently the winner in an auction. How To Bid
Placing a BidAuctions for real property accept flat or automatic bids.
Flat bidA flat bid is for an amount at least the current bid plus the posted minimum Bid Increment. If the bid is greater than another bidders automatic bid, the system will consider this flat bid as the current (high) bid. If the bid is less than or equal to another bidders automatic bid, the system will record the bid but it will not be considered the current (high) bid.
Automatic bidAn automatic bid is an amount that you set above the posted minimum bid. Realestatesales.gov will use as much of your bid as needed to make you the current winner of the auction or to meet the auction reserve price. The system will automatically apply the minimum Bid Increment up to the total amount bid to make you the current winner of the auction or to meet the auctions reserve price. Your automatic bid amount is not shown to other bidders until it is reached through competitive bidding. You may change your bid amount but not less than the next bid increment amount.
