Despite multiple efforts to restore the equipment to operational condition, the vehicle remains non-functional due to significant mechanical and economic barriers. As far as loading from the current location, very challenging to move dependent on the trailer setup someone has. There is no forklift or any type of MHE at the location so unless someone has a tilt trailer with a wench, loading onto a trailer or truck is a challenge. Especially with the tires that do not hold air. Status of the winch on the front of the ATV is unknown.
Diagnosis and Condition Overview:
Purchased and installed a new battery to attempt reactivation.
Spent copious hours coordinating diagnostics and conducting on-site troubleshooting.
Identified that 2 of 4 tires do not hold air and will require full replacement.
Engine remains unresponsive and significant rust was observed across the chassis and drivetrain.

How To Bid
