IMPORTANT NOTICE #2: REGARDING REMOVAL OF PROPERTY.
a. 48-hour MANDATORY appointment required prior to arrival in order to remove. Please contact Stacey Mora for appointment. Per the Terms, there is a 10-day removal timeframe. Removal allowed Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 2:00PM Local Time. Please refer to Terms & Conditions Removal clause and removal is by appointment ONLY! Third party removals MUST have purchasers authorization ON FILE with the agency prior to arrival. Please provide SIGNED purchasers receipt AND copy of authorization letter when initiating removal of item(s).
b. If using agent to assist with removal, Purchaser shall provide written authorization IN ADVANCE to Property Custodian. This authorization will include designated agents FULL NAME.
c. Purchaser will also provide a signed copy of the Purchasers Receipt (Block 7)
d. All drivers & personnel removing item must be PRE-APPROVED through the U.S. Mint prior to entering/driving onto facility grounds. PRE-CLEARANCE BEFORE REMOVAL IS ESSENTIAL.
e. Only those holding VALID Government Identification (valid U.S. passport, valid military ID or State issued REAL ID compliant) will be allowed onto facility grounds.
f. Purchaser is 100% responsible for all aspects of removal including but not limited to packing & shipping of item. Property custodian or associates will not assist with removal. Also, just a recommendation: Please check with State and Local government regarding transport of this item on freeways, byways and roads.
g. Be aware that material handling equipment may not be available. Purchaser or designated agent should plan on providing own equipment to effect removal.

How To Bid
Placing a BidAuctions for real property accept flat or automatic bids.
Flat bidA flat bid is for an amount at least the current bid plus the posted minimum Bid Increment. If the bid is greater than another bidders automatic bid, the system will consider this flat bid as the current (high) bid. If the bid is less than or equal to another bidders automatic bid, the system will record the bid but it will not be considered the current (high) bid.
Automatic bidAn automatic bid is an amount that you set above the posted minimum bid. Realestatesales.gov will use as much of your bid as needed to make you the current winner of the auction or to meet the auction reserve price. The system will automatically apply the minimum Bid Increment up to the total amount bid to make you the current winner of the auction or to meet the auctions reserve price. Your automatic bid amount is not shown to other bidders until it is reached through competitive bidding. You may change your bid amount but not less than the next bid increment amount.
