The Wire Mesh are in an assortment of sizes; the exact quantities and specific sizes of bins included are not available. The Wire Mesh Bins are not in OEM packaging. The Vinyl Bag Holders come in (50) per box; they are 3.75 x 6.5 inches and have a resealable top.
Items are offered with no warranty or guarantee of condition. If deficiencies are not listed, it does not mean none exist. Some products may be repackaged and not in OEM cases. Some cases may have been opened to confirm the contents; cases were re-sealed. Actual items may vary slightly from stock photo attached. Inspection is strongly recommended. Inspection and pickup are by confirmed appointment only, Monday-Friday 8 am to 3 pm. Closed federal holidays. Bidder is responsible for disassembly, packing, crating, banding, shipping, loading and removal. Agency will not assist. Please note that all property must be removed from our warehouse at the same date/time. We do not allow partial shipments and cannot hold items from a lot for pick up at a later date. Please email our logistics team 3 business days in advance of picking up the property or scheduling an inspection.

The purchaser will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary for removal of the property, to include packing, loading and transportation of the property. Federal employees cannot suggest shipping and/or packaging companies. If forklift assistance is needed a wavier must be signed. A No-Bid-Period has been set for 2 days at a reduction rate of 10 percent and a reduction limit of $20.00. After 2 full days of inactivity for the auction, the bid increment will be reduced by 10 percent now making the current bid increment $22.00. 10 percent of $25.00 = $2.50 rounded to the nearest dollar $3.00. How To Bid
Placing a BidAuctions for real property accept flat or automatic bids.
Flat bidA flat bid is for an amount at least the current bid plus the posted minimum Bid Increment. If the bid is greater than another bidders automatic bid, the system will consider this flat bid as the current (high) bid. If the bid is less than or equal to another bidders automatic bid, the system will record the bid but it will not be considered the current (high) bid.
Automatic bidAn automatic bid is an amount that you set above the posted minimum bid. Realestatesales.gov will use as much of your bid as needed to make you the current winner of the auction or to meet the auction reserve price. The system will automatically apply the minimum Bid Increment up to the total amount bid to make you the current winner of the auction or to meet the auctions reserve price. Your automatic bid amount is not shown to other bidders until it is reached through competitive bidding. You may change your bid amount but not less than the next bid increment amount.
